Thayan Hartmann is a partner at DNA Capital and a member of the private equity team, based in São Paulo.

Thayan serves as board member at Mafra and previously served as board member of Cremer, GSC, Lavebras and Elis Brazil. Prior to joining DNA Capital, he worked at Angra Partners in its private equity team as an associate.

Thayan is a CFA Charterholder, a Securities Portfolio Manager authorized by the CVM and holds the CGA designation by ANBIMA. He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of São Paulo.
